Priority Dashboard

Priority items are visible in the Priority Dashboard. Tasks or events can be given a priority through a workflow and are set up by a Program Administrator and Activate Care's team. A few examples of priority items are ADT events, patient/client appointments, or changes in care teams. 

On the Priority Dashboard you can filter by: 

  • My unacknowledged priority items
  • My priority items
  • All unacknowledged priority items in the program(s) you belong to
  • All priority items in the program(s) you belong to

Navigate to the Priority Dashboard

  1. Click Home on the Primary Navigation Bar on the left side of any page
  2. Click Priority on the Secondary Navigation Bar at the top of the page

See your high-priority items

  1. Click Home on the Primary Navigation Bar on the left side of any page to navigate to the Home Dashboard
  2. Look for the Your Stats For Todayā€¯ section, you will see your unacknowledged Priority Tasks
